I recently dropped my precious iphone in water and after leaving it in rice for a few days it appeared to be working again, until I tried to charge it.

Efforts were made to repair it here but were unsuccessful.

Eitan suggested sending it to someone he knew in Sydney, which we did, and voila it's fixed.

I make it sound like an easy process, far from it.

Eitan helped me so many times, swapping the number from the iphone to an old nokia several times so I continued to have a functioning phone number.

It was always done quickly and efficiently.

I'm confident there isn't that level of personal and prompt service anywhere else in this area, I did try several other businesses, who pretty much dismissed my efforts to fix the phone as hopeless.

Personally I find it much better talking to people and not recordings and having quick and efficient service.

Even when Eitan was away the service team provided the same professional level of service.

So happy making having my iphone back and functioning thanks to TelcoGreen.

I am a Chinese Medicine practitioner and also run a business providing Qigong /Tai Chi Classes and Workshops, Holiday Retreats and Trainings, and Tea Appreciation Ceremony and Trainings.
 

I therefore require flexible and affordable office based and mobile telecommunication services and found TelcoGreen to be an excellent choice.

I had to call their technical support twice when I had issues with the fast ADSL2 connection they provide and on both occasions I received a very quick and effective response and was back to work straight away. I also had to connect to the internet when away from wireless networks and was able to connect my laptop to the net using my mobile phone despite being on one of the cheap mobile phone plans.

Just a quick note to say that you guys have actually delivered what you said you would deliver.

Many of the Telcos will have their sales people say "whatever" just to make a sale - then they hand everything over to customer service (sic)

I've been impressed with your level of service to date, and hope that the honeymoon is not over for a long time!!

I also hope that your company doesn't go they way of other Telcos and get "swallowed up" by the big boys to become "just another telco" that seems to forget that whilst shareholders are important, without customers they'd have no business.

I hadn't connected to a local phone network before I connected to TelcoGreen. I was very glad I did. Never before have experienced such personal service.
Every time I called I was directed to the same gentleman Eitan, the local main man of the business. I wasn't directed to a network somewhere in another country (as I've been connected to many times before) but to a local business with great prices and great deals.
Eitan described everything well and simplified the whole process - greatly appreciated as it can be a complex setup a lot of the time with most big companies.
