The security deposit of $129 is returned if active for 24
months or if returned earlier in original box, with all the accessories
and in good operating condition. (policy)
If BYO mobile broadband modem:
A deposit of $29 is required and returned if remaining active for 6 months.
Our Barring System*
Our system will monitor your usage once a day. Once it notices that the usage limit has surpassed , service will be barred.
Please monitor your usage as the excess fee of 3c per MB applies (billing increments of 1MB) - Can be VERY EXPENSIVE!
Terms & Conditions
1. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 19xx numbers. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. 2. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/international under 'GPRS' roaming section) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of countries Optus supports on www.optus.com.au/international. 3. Software Requirements: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 operating systems. Limited Macintosh OS support. 4. Subject to your rights under the Trade Practices Act or any comparable legislation, we do not make any warranty regarding the software of data provided to you as it operates on your computer and interacts with your other applications. 5.
